Leadership in a new way

This was also another busy week here at Mission Baltimore.  Usually I have been talking about the things that we have been learning in our leadership classes.  But something unique seemed to happen this week.  Not that what we have been learning in our leadership classes haven’t been great, but its how effective what we learn can be.  As I have already stated, our first year students are all girls.  And as we know girls think and take things in a totally different way.  But everybody has a way to be motivated, even when you don’t feel like it is possible.   One of our laws state “leadership is influence nothing more, nothing less”, your influence never goes unnoticed.  The slightest things you do or say can impact a persons life.  Sometimes showing you care in the easiest way to impact somebodies life.  That was proven this week, not even noticing or trying, but being yourself, and being that “Light” that God has called us to be could be the very thing that people need in their life to give them that perservance they need to keep stiving to be all that God wants them to become.  Remember in Philippians 4:13 says “I can do all things through Christ that strengths me.”  Not matter the situation! ALL THINGS!!!!
