Lel

So far I would have to say that my leadership has been anything short of amazing. This school-year is challenging but for many reason, not the kind of challenging that I don't that will be able to finish with. But the type of challenging that would just make the year somewhat difficult. All of the leadership students are guys and all the discipleship students are girls. I found throughout our study of the 21 laws of leaderships that the easiest way to lead them from a distance would be "law of leadership" which states leadership is influence, nothing more, nothing less. You can influence people in more than one way. Your actions as a leader speak louder than words. Leadership is influence not just a title, because you have the title "leader" doesn't really make you a true leader. The law of E.f. Hutton states "when the real leader speaks people listen". Trust is the foundation of leadership. Leaders must have integrity and trust of their followers which ultimately goes back to influence. That's key to everything when you influence them well enough they will soon trust you, then when you speak they will truly listen. How well you lead is shown in the followers you have
