Body Shop, oh boy have I been working out and killing my
body. This week, we have been working on
our endurance, stamina, and our strength mostly in preparation for the
trail. We worked on our endurance
nonstop, this week was pretty much a leg week.
So Tuesday we ran in the morning with pastor Tim. Then after the running
we did little circuit that worked on our strength, and muscle gain, shift of
terrain during the trail. Later that
Tuesday, we figured that we might as well work out and get the most out of our
day. So all of the guys except one, and
a former mission student decided to play some basketball, just to continue to
work on our legs but to have a little fun at the same time. Then Thursday, we ran about a total of 2
miles and did 200 ball push-ups as a team while we were split into
