Teamwork with Tim

What a week, so this week as I talk to you guys about what I learned don’t be surprised about how much it is.  This week I learned a lot about teamwork and leadership.  Here  at Mission we leave in a tight net community and teamwork is almost a necessity to survive in such a small place.  We had a challenge given to us by our director to complete 5,000 push-ups but we were split up into three different teams.  My team was kind of difficult to work with, and this is where the 17 laws of teamwork really started to show and kick in.  Throughout the year some laws seemed to stick out more than others, but this week during this challenge all of them became apparent.  The law of the bad apple and the law of the price tag hit our team heavy; we had some players who just had a bad attitude throughout the whole challenge and it ultimately affect our whole team.  Because one selfishness and bad attitude it kind of rubbed of onto others, and then some of the team had to push out way more pushups so our team didn’t fell to reach our goal.  Law of Mount Everest didn’t happen which states “as the challenge elevates teamwork escalates.”  If that would have happened our team would have completed the challenge much easier.  Nevertheless, I team pulled it out and completed the challenge set before us.
