Workout Plan


Hey guys back again with our workout plan.  So this week in body shop once again we had to have a total of three hours completed.  This week was pretty cold so I decided to do most of my workouts inside.  I have been pretty busy this week so I got behind so I started Thursday, I woke up early and ran around the neighborhood for an hour then went back to sleep, This worked on my cardio.  Later on that night before I went to sleep I did a little ab work-out mixed with dippers for an hour, pretty much went back and forth.  Then Monday I had to work on my upper body strength which involved working on push-ups, curls, and dippers.
