Physical Growth


Hey guys it’s me again, this time we are going to talk about health and fitness.  Many of y’all probably don’t know this but I’m a diabetic.  So being healthy is a strong part of my life.  In order to stay fit, in shape, and healthily you have to eat some of the right foods and exercise.  Exercise is a good way to stay physically fit.  Throughout every week I take an hour out of my day and workout with a buddy in a thing I like to call body shop.  Body shop is just where you work out at you own pace, but enough to push you out your comfort zone.  Last Monday I did sit-ups, pushups, curls and squats in set of 20 for thirty minutes, then right after that I ran for 30 minutes.  That work out worked on my upper body and my cardio which also helps me keep my sugars down.  Thursday I and a body shop buddy ran for an hour so I can build on cardio.  Then Friday afternoon I   did crunches, pushups and worked on the bench press also in sets of 20.  Worked on my abs and my upper body again, body shops are fun with partners and I usually listen to music to get me pumping.  Here’s a picture of me lifting, Stay tuned next week and I will show you a video with highlights of the body shop.
